The Open Cap Table Coalition is an incredible and forward-thinking group of law firms and software vendors working together to create the Open Cap Table Format (OCF) a single, unified, open standard for company cap table data that will break down data silos and make it far easier to share cap table data across legal tech tools and platforms.
