Docracy is perhaps the largest collection of free and open legal templates and forms that know of. Its user generated content largely comes from solo practitioners, small law firms and average citizens, though a couple major law firms have contributed some of their forms. Since its entirely driven by user-generated content, however, you need to be extremely careful that the forms you use are up-to-date, as there's no guarantee that the forms on here are maintained. Nevertheless, it's a great resource and a great idea.
